What the demo warranty covers, and how to keep gear going.
Demo coverage
The fictional Alpine Outfitters warranty covers manufacturing defects for one year from the demo purchase date for the original purchaser, with proof of purchase. Wear, impact damage, misuse, neglect and unauthorized modifications are excluded.
Starting a claim
Use the support form with product name, order reference, photos and a description of the issue. The demo process reviews repair or replacement eligibility; it does not promise automatic replacement.
Keep equipment safe
Follow the manufacturer’s care instructions for real equipment. Have bindings inspected by a technician and replace damaged protective equipment according to manufacturer guidance.
