30-day return window
This demo policy accepts unused, unmodified gear within 30 days of delivery, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Clean indoor boot try-on is allowed. Contact the demo support form to request a return authorization before sending gear.
Exceptions
Mounted skis, heat-molded boots and other modified items cannot be returned for a change of mind. Final-sale items are excluded. Defective or incorrectly supplied goods are reviewed separately; contact support with photos and order details.
Refund timing and costs
After inspection and acceptance, the demo policy issues a refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is nonrefundable, except for a verified defect or our fulfillment error. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Exchanges use a return and a new order. No real purchases or refunds are processed on this demo site.
